Please take note of cleanliness
The washer and dryer machine is especially helpful. The massage chair is also a good thing to have after an entire day of walking. Location is quite near to the Kennedy Town tram terminal and Sheung Wan MTR station. This part of Hong Kong is relatively quiet, suitable for those who do not like to be surrounded by noise and activities all the time.
There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is of a good size, but the other room with a balcony is rather small. The balcony offers partial view of the harbour. The master bedroom is bigger in size but does not have much of a view. Also, there was a foul smell coming from the toilet bowl in the smaller room. We attributed to poor sewage system at first, but decided to take a closer look on the second day of our stay. We then realized that there was a thick circle of grim underneath the toilet bowl. We washed the toilet ourselves and the stench was more or less gone after that.

Great location and reasonable rates considering the excellent location in Sheung Wan!
Great location, only 7 min walk to the quiet, interesting back streets of Sheung Wan. Loved the location, and not noisy either.
We had two single beds and they were very narrow (could hardly turn over!) and hard, which might not suit everyone. We'd have loved some face towels too pls. I also would like somewhere to have sat and worked in the early mornings when I was up with jet lag but didn't find anywhere suitable to sit for that.
